Ballerina Dream - How To Dress Your Child On Her First Class

By Daryl B. Chapman

It is safe to say that every mother want to see her child dressed up as a ballerina. And it is every little girl's dream to wear those attractive little tutus and white ballet shoes. That is why it is vital that your child looks her best on her first ballerina class.

Take note that she needs to be perfect from head to toe. Begin with her hair. Research for the right style and accessories. The next part of the ballerina outfit to consider are the tights and leotards. Followed by the famous tutu and finally, the lovely ballet shoes. All of these have to come together in harmony to create the absolute ballerina that is regularly seen on posters and photos.

Underneath are some ways on how to dress your child for her first ballerina class so that she will feel welcome and already like a professional.

Ballerina Hair Style It is a signature appearance of all ballerinas to have a hairs style that is pulled back in a bun without a trace of hair falling in place. It is a neat style that makes them look very elegant and professional. Occasionally, when they are already acting, some hair accessories are added to accomplish the look that they want to achieve. Flower decorations for example if they are playing fairies or crowns if they are princesses or queen. But in ordinary every day ballerina class, a clean bun with ribbon or something to accessorize the bun will do the trick.

Stockings, Leggings Or Tights For little girls, ballet schools commonly prescribe a matching pair of ballerina tights and leotards with a simple ballet skirt. Every so often, pink or white tights or stockings with black leotards are also allowed. It is basic, especially if you and your daughter are really serious in studying ballet for a long time, to go for something durable; a brand with fabric or material that will last for a long time. There are some brands that use materials which easily break or get flabby in the process of wash and wear. High end brands and fabrics are at times luxurious but they are worth it in the long run.

Lovely Tutu Tutus are specilly designed for ballet dancers. It can be pink, white, blue or black. You can mix and match it with the other essentials of the ballet costume. Ballet skirts are used in classes most of the time and tutus are worn for actual execution and dress rehearsals.

Shoes For beginners, ordinary ballet shoes or what they call the soft shoes are worn the entire class. As your child progresses on her education, she will then learn how to wear the toe shoes or the Pointe shoes. The fit is important as well because ballet lessons and dancing can be nerve-racking on the feet and legs markedly for beginners. That is why making your daughter as comfy as possible by picking the absolute dress and shoes is very critical.

On her first day, it is also fundamental to bring along towel, and extra clothes. Sneakers, socks, shorts or jeans are the conventional clothes worn by girls on top of their ballet outfits. They are very convenient to wear.

Certainly, during the first day, both the mother and daughter are thrilled. That is why looking like a pro will boost your daughter's confidence to really intensify and do well. These tips will also make her fit right at home and will reduce her nervousness.
